The material is research-based with an emphasis on practical applications. Case studies are used to facilitate learning and I share specific products and resources that I use in my practice.

In the near future, there will be courses on the following: an in-depth training on GABA for physical anxiety; an in-depth training on tryptophan for worry-type anxiety; food and anxiety; the microbiome / gut and anxiety; pyroluria/social anxiety; methylation and anxiety; medication dependence, tolerance, withdrawal and safe tapering (taught with an integrative psychiatrist) and much more.

Food Mood Expert Trudy Scott is a certified nutritionist on a mission to educate and empower anxious individuals worldwide about natural solutions for anxiety, stress and emotional eating. She was a nominee for the 2015 Scattergood Innovation Award and winner of the Go-Giver Mindshare award in 2018.
