Anxiety Nutrition Institute
I’m so excited to announce that the Anxiety Nutrition Institute is launching in 2018. We will be offering online training for health professionals who are looking for nutritional solutions for anxiety for their patients and clients.
The first course will be focused on the use of targeted individual amino acids for anxiety and then we’ll be offering courses on food and anxiety, the microbiome and anxiety, pyroluria/social anxiety, methylation and anxiety, and much more.
All courses will be research-based with an emphasis on practical applications. Cases studies/success stories will be shared, plus specific products and resources I use in my practice.
You will have an opportunity to be listed in the practitioner directory on the site.
